New Feature: Emails block on the Customer Page 📨

We're excited to introduce a new block on the Customer page featuring a list of emails sent to the current customer. Now, you will know and have access to the exact emails that your consumers were sent.

This addition provides complete visibility into the notifications sent to customers. Each email is downloadable in .eml format and can be viewed with any mail program.

In line with our commitment to continuous enhancement, we have planned a few minor updates for the email block:

• Add the block on the Parent Account page to display emails related to the current account.
• Modify email file titles to include the Account Number at the beginning.

These updates aim to simplify email reviews at the account level.

Bug Fixes & Minor Improvements 🔧

• 🪴 Refined the logic for automatic status changes based on balance fluctuations, covering scenarios where the balance reaches zero or rises above it again.
• Various bug fixes have been implemented. 🐞
