New Payment Flows

Two huge announcements for the month of January to the start of the year. First, we redesigned our entire payment flow for the entire application. The new flows simplified the entire process for consumers, display more relevant information, and allow the checkout to go faster.

Pre-charge Off Flows

Tratta now has pre-charge off flows built in to make sure that you're able to remediate and put the customer back on track. Releasing this and the new payment flows in the same month has shown outsized success. The pre-charge off flows were adopted and used with immediate success by many Tratta partners and clients.
